Induction Foods

Cream Cheese Omelet
2 Eggs
A few Mushrooms
Couple slices onion
Cream Cheese
Tablespoon Water
Salt

Lightly beat 2 eggs with water.  Salt to taste.  Melt butter in small skillet, making sure to grease surface well.  Pour eggs into skillet, and cook lightly.  Punch holes in the bottom of the egg to allow the uncooked stuff to run through; scrape the uncooked egg to the edges of the pan for cooking.

Cook mushrooms & onions in butter.  Place them along with several dabs of cream cheese into the omelet.  Fold omelet over and serve.

Bacon Chicken
4 strips bacon
2 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices swiss cheese

Fry bacon until 90% cooked.  Push bacon to sides of pan.  Add chicken breasts to middle of pan & cook on both sides until done.  Add 2 slices of swiss cheese to each chicken and allow to melt.  Place bacon on top and serve.

Maintenance Foods

Raspberries & Cream
Fresh washed raspberries
Heavy whipping cream

Pour cream over raspberries & eat.  Even better if you mush the raspberries with your spoon a little to flavor the cream.  Decadent!

Strawberry "Cereal"
Fresh washed strawberries, sliced
Sliced almonds
Heavy whipping cream

Pour cream over raspberries & almonds - crunchy just like cereal!  In fact, it's the stuff I used to add to the cereal to make it taste good - better than cereal!!

Oyster Stew
1/4 pound fresh oysters
1/4 stick of butter
salt to taste
1 Tblsp ricotta cheese
Heavy Whipping Cream

Gently cook oysters in butter over low heat (don't be rough with them or they'll tear apart!).  Poor enough heavy whipping over the top to cover them.  Add 1 Tblsp ricotta cheese to thicken.  Warm thoroughly & serve!  Yummmm.  Makes 1 serving
